If your order was placed after the deadline your kit will be assembled after all regular kit orders are picked and shipped. If your order was placed before the order deadline and has not arrived, please click here to contact us and we will look into it for you.
Starting with your Parent Advisory Council or School Administration would be best. Once they reach out to us we can start introducing them to our service and how it can benefit the school and parents.
Paper order forms are due back to the school by the date noted on the letter sent home. Online orders, however, will be available until the last weeks of August. Additional fees for home delivery may apply.

Generally if the student received the wrong it, the order was placed for the wrong grade. No worries, we will be happy to fix this. Either click here to contact us directly or have the parent do so, and we will get it all looked after.
Was the student's kit listed on the shipping manifest? If it is not, that often indicates it was a late order and the kit will be shipped directly to their home. If the student is listed on the manifest and no kit arrived, let us know and we will have a replacement kit assembled. click here to contact us or have the parent get in touch with us, and we will look into it.
If a student is missing an item from their kit, click here to let us know what is missing or have the parent reach out to us and we will be happy to send a replacement.
If any of the products received in a student's kit were damaged or defective, click here to let us know and we will send a replacement.
